Demolition starts
Monday 2nd April - work continues on the demolition of the old hospital building
The old theatre disappears quickly with the 35 tonne demolition machine and dust suppressor making light work of the old theatre block
Tuesday - half of the two storey extension has gone
Wednesday - the whole two storey extension now demolished!
Thursday - the demolition machine turns the corner and starts on the main three storey block. The site will close at the end of Thursday for the Easter bank holiday period and reopen on Tuesday 10th April
